The Project:

The construction division at Trillium Residential was preparing to hand off its newer apartment complex to their management division. The final touches needed included the addition of speed bumps to the drive lanes as well as new seal coating and striping on all of their asphalt surfaces. With our longstanding experience in the multihousing industry, Ace was contracted to perform the work.

The Ace Solution:

For longevity purposes, we suggested and installed 17 asphalt speed bumps (as opposed to rubberized units) to the drive lanes. Next, we sealed over 345,000 square feet of asphalt surface. Finally, we striped 1,066 single stalls, 22 handicap stalls, the 17 speed bumps just installed, and over 2,000 linear feet of hash out areas. The property was handed off to Trillium's management division shortly after the work was completed.
